This policy explains how to end your relationship with ATELLIER, what happens to your credits and your data when you do, and when we may close an account ourselves. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
ATELLIER runs on prepaid credits. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal date, so nothing keeps billing you if you stop using the service — you buy credits when you want them, and they are deducted as you generate. Cancelling therefore means closing your account, which is what this policy covers. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, as the Refund Policy sets out.
Close your account yourself, instantly, from your account settings while signed in — no need to wait on a support reply. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase first, since this cannot be undone. If you'd rather not use self-service, you can also ask us through the contact page and we'll action the request from our side; we may ask you to confirm from the account's own email address first, so that nobody else can close your account.
Unused credits expire when the account closes and are not transferable to another account. If a purchase is less than 14 days old and you have unused credits from it, ask for their refund under the Refund Policy before you ask us to close the account — a refund request is harder to assess once the account and its transaction history are gone.
Your generated ads and uploaded photos are kept while the account is open. After closure, your data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where we must keep records to meet our legal and accounting obligations. This mirrors the retention terms in the Privacy Policy, which also covers your right to ask for a copy of your data or an earlier deletion.
We may suspend or close an account where the Terms of Service are materially breached — for example unlawful content, attempts to probe or extract our systems, or payment fraud. Where we do, we will tell you at the email address on the account unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Scaleon Digital Ltd (Company No. 17201919), registered in England and Wales at Dept 6763, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH, operates ATELLIER. Send cancellation requests and any question about this policy through our contact form.
