Payments Policy

This Payments Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all financial transactions on the ATELLIER platform operated by Scaleon Digital Ltd. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the payment terms described below. Please review this policy carefully before completing any transaction.

ATELLIER accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You must ensure that your card details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the card for transactions on our platform. Scaleon Digital Ltd reserves the right to decline any payment that cannot be verified or authorized.

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits in advance, which are then consumed as you use ATELLIER ad generation features. Credit packages and their corresponding prices are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All credit purchases are processed immediately upon successful payment authorization and credits are added to your account instantly.

ATELLIER accepts payment in US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Japanese Yen (JPY). You choose your currency using the currency selector on the site, and all prices displayed on the platform are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase — the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged to your card, in that same currency. Prices are set in US dollars. Prices in other currencies are converted at exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API, refreshed once every 24 hours; if the rate service is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use. Besides the fixed credit packs, you can top up any amount of your choosing: from $1.00 to $20,000.00 in US dollars, from €1.00 to €20,000.00 in euro, or in yen the equivalent of $1 to $20,000 at the day's rate (¥158 to ¥3,158,400 today), with the upper limit rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds $20,000. Any amount in the range buys at least one credit. You pay in the currency you have selected. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee if the currency you select is not the currency of your account; that fee is set by your bank and is outside our control. Scaleon Digital Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Promotional pricing or discounts may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

Payments are processed by our card payment processor. Once a payment is authorised, the credits are added to your balance. If a transaction fails, no credits will be added to your account and no charges will be applied to your card.

Scaleon Digital Ltd takes the security of your payment information seriously. All payment transactions are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We do not store your full card details on our servers. If you suspect any unauthorized transactions on your account, please contact us immediately through our contact form.
