By accessing or using ATELLIER — including browsing the site, creating an account, or uploading content — you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. ATELLIER is an AI-powered ad creative service operated by Scaleon Digital Ltd (Company No. 17201919), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Dept 6763, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform. We may limit, suspend, or terminate any account in accordance with these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher — and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use ATELLIER. The service is built for businesses and professional advertisers and is not directed at children: we do not knowingly open accounts for anyone under that age, and we will close an account if we learn it belongs to someone under it. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

You may open and use your account for yourself or for a company or other organisation. When you use it for an organisation, that organisation is the customer under these terms and is responsible for the account and everything bought through it, and you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, apply to an individual buying for personal use and not to an organisation buying for its business. Everything our policies promise, including the refunds set out in our Refund Policy, applies to every customer alike.

We do not open new accounts for customers in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. To enforce this we refuse sign-ups from IP addresses located in those countries and sign-ups with email addresses on their national domains or on Russian and Belarusian free-mail providers, and we refuse payments with a billing address in any of them. Signing in is never blocked by country, so an existing account holder keeps access to their account, their ads and their credit balance.

ATELLIER is supplied entirely online, through this website — there is no physical delivery and nothing is sent by post. You upload a photograph of your product, describe it in the brief, choose a brand kit, and select which ad formats you want and how many variants of each. When you start a generation, credits are deducted from your balance — one credit per image, so the cost is the number of formats multiplied by the number of variants. We then remove the background from your photograph, write ad copy for it, render each ad, size it to the exact dimensions of each format you chose, and place your logo on it. Generation normally completes in a few minutes; the progress is shown on screen and you do not need to stay on the page. The finished ads appear in your account, where you can view them, download any single ad, or download them all as a ZIP archive. Every ad is delivered as a PNG image at the dimensions of the format you selected, and remains available in your history for as long as your account is open. If a generation fails and produces nothing, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically. You can also revise a finished ad by describing a change, and it is re-composed; each revision costs one credit, charged only once the revised ad is saved. Ads are generated by AI to your brief, so the exact result varies between runs — the service provides the generated ads themselves, not a guarantee of any particular image, wording, or commercial outcome.

An account is required to use ATELLIER. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for providing accurate information. If you notice any unauthorized use, please report it to our team without delay.

Product photos you upload remain yours. Every ad we generate for you is licensed to you for commercial use, without restriction. While your account is open we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform to create ads. The platform itself — its code, design and brand — remains the property of ATELLIER and may not be copied or reverse-engineered. You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload does not infringe anyone else's rights.

ATELLIER is for creating lawful advertising. Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to probe or extract our systems, or use our outputs to train competing models. We will not knowingly generate material that infringes, deceives, defames, or demeans. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

ATELLIER runs on a prepaid credit system; credits are deducted when you generate. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. We accept payment in US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Japanese Yen (JPY); you select your currency with the currency selector on the site, and you are charged in the currency shown to you at checkout. Prices are shown on the site and may change for future purchases. Failed payments may pause your account until resolved.

You may close your account at any time, instantly, from your account settings. ATELLIER runs on prepaid credits, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. We may end an arrangement where these terms are materially breached. On closure, any unused credits expire and your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. The Cancellation Policy sets out the full process.

ATELLIER is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output varies, so we do not guarantee its accuracy or performance — please review every ad before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATELLIER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in credits in the twelve months before any claim.
